Multicriteria decision-making method for scheduling problem based on smart batches and their quality prediction capability

The scheduling problem in manufacturing companies with high rework rates remains a complex research area to date. This paper presents new approach for that combines predictive schedule proactive multicriteria decision-making method based on smart batches and their quality prediction capability. Each batch embeds an algorithm allows it predict its out of the next workstation. As soon as determines process is too hazardous, collaborative rescheduling decision, using analytic hierarchy (AHP), initiated peer. article details proposed along AHP structure considered decision problem.
